Finding Your Seeds of Change as a Tweener

Tweeners are somewhere between the end of a long career and, possibly the beginning of a new one, or are making a gentle step into a new kind of retirement. 

If you’re 50ish, even 60ish and possibly even 70ish, maybe you can’t really see yourself hanging up the old spurs because you’ve still got another 10 to 20 good work years in you. You may also be questioning whether you want to spend another 10 or more years doing the same old thing. The Tweener generation is caught in a cycle where careers have either peaked or jobs have evaporated, and yet there’s still plenty of energy and drive to do more.  Don’t feel alone.  You’re simply in this category we call the “tweener" years.
